Williams CycloneI always thought it would be cool to have a pinball machine. After a lot of web surfing, we ended up with this Cyclone from Pinball Deals in Maryland. This is our 1st pin. It was not in pristine condition, but fully functional. Playfield wear was limited to the ball drop areas and the upper playfield where there was no Mylar. The ramps have the usual chipping and cracks on the ends and the right sling plastic has a corner missing. Photo 1: Well, here it is, ready to slide down into the basement! It was much heavier than we thought.
Photo 2:
Clown eyes still fully intact.
Photo 3: Not the greatest photos, but a look at the playfield delamination around the numbers before and after touchup and Mylar patch.
Photo 4: I
noted after I took this photo that the skillshot score plastic is on the
wrong side of the holes! It’s fixed now.
Photo 5: HV
power supply section before and after installing new 39K resistors and 91V
zeners.
