I can't Send or Receive Email using Outlook Express

Your pop3 server is setup incorrectly.  Even though you may not have changed any settings, some programs, such as Norton's anti-virus, will make changes to your email settings. 

This problem can be resolved by the following:

Open Outlook Express.  Choose Tools from the top menu and then click on Accounts.
Click on Mail tab.
Highlight your TQCI mail account and then click on Properties.

At the General tab, make sure that the box that says "include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing" is checked.

Then choose the Servers tab.

Make sure that your settings are entered as follows:

Server Information

My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): 
Incoming Mail (POP3):  mail.tqci.net

Incoming Mail Server
For Account Name, this is your email address - make sure this is entered correctly
For Password, this is your email password
(remember your password is case sensitive)

Outgoing Mail Server

Check the box next to "My server requires authentication" Then click the Settings button.

Click button next to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" Then OK.

Click Apply and then OK.

Click Close.

Check your email again and it should connect to the TQCI mail server.
